I’m Meghna. I’ve spent about eight years in B2B and fintech growth, and Monday GTM is where I write down how it actually works.
If you run growth at a B2B or fintech company, or you’re a founder trying to build a go-to-market motion that compounds instead of leaking, this is for you. One practical piece every Monday. A teardown, a playbook, or a hot take. No filler, no recycled LinkedIn wisdom.
Where to begin
Three pieces to start with.
The GTM Canvas. The twelve-box framework that makes a team answer the strategic questions it has been quietly avoiding. Later issues refer back to it.
How Clay sells without a sales team. A company that got to $100M ARR by handing acquisition to people who did not work there, and why the product being hard to learn is the reason it worked.
The MQL is finally dead. Everyone agrees the MQL is dead. That agreement is the problem, and almost nobody is using the replacement they are selling you.
What you’re signing up for
One email a week. Every fact and number in it is checked and linked. It stays free.
Who’s writing this
I worked as a client-facing consultant at Mastercard, supporting clients on their go-to-market and campaign execution across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Before that I led digital go-to-market and acquisition for consumer lending products at HDFC Bank, and ran B2B product and digital marketing at Vodafone Business. So this comes from having built the funnels and missed the targets, not from reading about it.
I also run a growth consultancy, Loop & Ladder, working with B2B, fintech, and D2C companies on go-to-market, demand generation, and growth. If that’s the kind of thing you’re dealing with, it’s at loopandladderco.com. The newsletter itself asks nothing of you except a read.
